The WBC super-middleweight title holder Carl Froch is set to come up against Andre Dirrell, 2004 Olympic Bronze medalist at NottinghamÂ's Trent FM Arena.

A brand new tournament has begun which sees the top six super-middleweights take part in a round robin format of fights. ItÂ'll take the next 18months until the tournament is complete which could see titles passed between the six repeatedly.

British, Carl Froch, 32, has had a great career so far winning all his 25 pro fights – knocking out an immense 20 of his opponents.

Another bout in the Â"Super SixÂ" is set to take place tomorrow in Berlin between Arthur Abraham and Jermain Taylor. A fight between Andre Ward and Mikkel Kessler is due to take place in November.
