US lottery draws offer $391m jackpot

This weekendÂ's Powerball and Mega Millions draws boast a combined jackpot of nearly $400m following their respective rollovers.

FridayÂ's Mega Millions drawing now features a top prize of $291m after no single ticket scooped the jackpot in the most recent draw on Tuesday, the winning numbers for which were 7-12-41-44-59, with a Mega Ball of 3.

Mega Millions tickets cost $1, with players picking five numbers between 1 and 56 alongside one number between 1 and 46.

Meanwhile SaturdayÂ's Powerball drawing includes a jackpot of $100m after no player successfully matched all of the numbers in the previous draw.

WednesdayÂ's winning Powerball numbers were 6-9-11-31-44, with a Powerball of 25.

Powerball tickets cost $2 each, although players can purchase an extra $1 Power Play feature to multiply any non-jackpot winnings.
