The Toronto Blue Jays, with a record of 84-65, enter into tonight’s game with a 3-2 record in their last five games. Their most recent game was a 4-3 loss in the 10th inning last night.

Now, they’ll head out to Tampa Bay to face the Rays, the team following closely behind them in the AL East. This won’t be an easy game for the Blue Jays, even with the better record.

Getting the start on the mound tonight is Jose Berrios, who is 11-5 this season with an ERA of 4.99. Berrios has thrown 136 strikeouts in 158.2 innings while allowing 180 hits.

Although Berrios might not have the best ERA, the Blue Jays have a strong batting lineup. This season, they have a batting average of .262, one of the best in the league.

They’ll use this batting lineup to get a lead on the Rays, a team they’ve done well against this year. The question is, can they pull off a win over the Rays on the road?

The Tampa Bay Rays come into this game with a record of 82-67, following closely behind the Blue Jays. At home, they have a record of 49-28, a pretty strong record at home.

JT Chargois has been named as the starter for this game. Chargois has a 2-0 record this season with an ERA of 2.76 over the course of 16.1 innings.

He hasn’t done much pitching this season but he’s definitely a strong pitcher that can do well on the mound this evening.

He’s backed up by a batting lineup that is currently hitting .241 with an on-base percentage of .310. However, this group has gone 0-3 over their last three games, all of which were against the Houston Astros.
