New York Knicks at Utah Jazz Betting Preview

 | November 15, 2022

The Knicks are 2-4 when playing on the road this season.

With a record of 6-7, the New York Knicks are looking to earn a win over the Utah Jazz. This won’t be an easy task, however, especially since they’re on the road.

This season, the Knicks have a 2-4 record when traveling and they’re without starting center Mitchell Robinson. This will make it even tougher for the Knicks to earn a win.

There are a few other things to keep in mind as well, such as how they’ve performed on defense this season. They rank 25th in the NBA in points allowed, giving up 116.8 points per game.

On offense, they’re 12th in the NBA, averaging 114.7 points per game. Leading the team is Julius Randle, who averages 20.8 points per game, which isn’t very much.

Playing the Utah Jazz will require a strong interior defense. The problem with this is that Robison is out, so they’re already in a tough spot.

Isaiah Hartenstein currently leads the team in blocks per game at 1.2 but the team is also coming off a 145-135 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Utah Jazz are only 4.5-point favorites in this game and they’re known for being pretty great against the spread.

They have a 10-5 record this season with a 5-0 record at home and we don’t think the Knicks are the team to stop their undefeated at home streak.

It might be a close game in the beginning but we expect the Jazz to pull away toward the third quarter.

As a team, they’re averaging 116.9 points per game while allowing just 112.7. Look for the Jazz to get another win at home and cover the 4.5-point spread.
