New York Knicks vs. Denver Nuggets Betting Preview

The Knicks are coming off a huge win last night over the Utah Jazz.

After playing the Utah Jazz on the road last night, the New York Knicks will travel to Denver to face the Nuggets on Wednesday night.

The travel time might be tough but the win over the Jazz should help the team’s morale as they face the Nuggets at 10:00 PM ET.

This season, the Knicks are averaging 114.9 points per game and are led by Julius Randle, who is averaging 20.4 points per game on his own.

Ruled out for tonight’s game is starting center Mitchell Robinson. This could’ve been a problem had it not been for Nikola Jokic being ruled out for tonight’s game.

Now that the Knicks don’t need to worry about Jokic, they can focus on spreading the floor and attacking the paint. Jokic being out also affected the points spread in this game.

The Knicks come into this game as just 3.5-point underdogs. Had Jokic been playing the spread would’ve been significantly larger.

Denver is coming off a huge 126-103 win over the Chicago Bulls just a few nights ago. The problem is their injury list continues to gro as more players have been added.

We already mentioned Jokic but PG Ish Smith has also been ruled out for tonight’s game. Power Forward Aaron Gordon is listed as “questionable” along with PG Bones Hyland.

With so many injuries to the Nuggets lineup, it’s hard to take them over the New York Knicks tonight. Even with the quick turnaround, the Knicks seem to be the better pick.

Ricky’s Pick: New York Knicks +3.5, UNDER
