Luka Doncic will look to lead the Mavericks to victory this evening.

The Dallas Mavericks are 10-10 right now but haven’t performed well on the road to start the season, they currently have a record of 1-7 when traveling.

Their last game, however, was at home against the Golden State Warriors and they ended up winning 116-113, they’ll look to take the momentum of the win on the road with them.

Some injuries have begun to pile up but they should have PG Kemba Walker back in the lineup this weekend, giving them a strong player to go behind Luka Doncic.

Doncic’s 41-point triple-double is what led to their victory over the Warriors yesterday. The Mavericks will look to him again to lead them to a road win tonight.

Luka Doncic leads the Mavericks in points per game, rebounds per game (8.8), and assists per game (8.6). With him leading the team, they should do well against the Detroit defense.

The Detroit Pistons have lost their last three games this season, the most recent one was to the New York Knicks, 140-110.

As a team, the Pistons average 109.1 points per game, ranking 26th in the NBA. Although their offense is pretty awful, it’s their defense that is the biggest problem.

This season, the Pistons are allowing an average of 117.7 points per game, ranking 29th in the NBA. Their poor defense is the reason why we’re going to take the Mavericks on the road.

Dallas has struggled to secure wins on the road but they should be able to handle the Pistons. Look for Doncic to have another strong game and cover the spread this weekend.
